Boil the pasta in boiling water with a little salt. Bake in hot oil 2 finely chopped shallots, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and a little thyme until the shallots have softened. Add 250 grams pork scallops cut in stripes and fry the pork scallops brown. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and 150 grams chopped shiitake. Stir fry until the mushrooms are soft. Add 50 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Bring to taste with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 more minutes on low heat. Serve with grated cheese. Enjoy!
