Risotto with Mushrooms

Risotto with Mushrooms
Ingredients: 3 shallots, 250 grams risotto rice, 75 ml white wine, 700 ml chicken stock, 75 grams diced bacon, 1 garlic clove, 250 grams chestnut mushrooms,

Bake in hot oil 3 finely chopped shallots with 250 grams risotto rice until the shallots and risotto rice both are glassy. Add 75 ml white wine, stir briefly and gradually 700 ml chicken stock, the risotto rice is cooked in about 25 minutes. Bake 75 grams diced bacon with 1 finely chopped garlic clove until crisp. Add 250 grams sliced chestnut mushrooms until the chestnut mushrooms are tender. Add the risotto and heat a bit more. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Coat a pie tin with a puff pastry. Bake in hot oil on medium high heat 2 sliced onions with thyme until golden brown. Add 150 grams sliced mushrooms stir fry until the mushrooms have softened. Beat 3 eggs with 100 ml milk and grated cheese, 1 tablespoon mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut 4 tomatoes into slices. Sprinkle the bottom of the puff pastry with grated cheese. Put in the onion-mushroom mixture. Put in one layer of tomato slices. Then put the other half of the onion-mushroom mixture in and cover with a layer of tomato slices. Pour the egg-mixture in and sprinkle grated cheese over in. Put the pie tin about 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with a salad. Enjoy!

Boil the pasta in boiling water with a little salt. Cook 1finely chopped red onion to soft. Add 150 grams mixed mushrooms and 100 grams sliced mushrooms. Season to taste with some garlic, pepper and salt. Add 200 ml cream and 75 grams of grated cheese. Bring it to the boil and then lower heat to simmer for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Season 2 steaks with salt and pepper. Bake the steaks, the way you prefer, in hot butter. Remove the steaks from the pan and keep warm. Bake in the remaining fat 125 grams sliced mushrooms to soft. Add a dash of madeira and let the alcohol evaporate. Then add 75 ml stock and 50 ml cream and let the sauce reduce by half. Serve the steaks with mushroom sauce and, for example, a salad and potato croquettes. Enjoy!

Beat 4 eggs with 50 ml cream, chives, parsley, salt and pepper. Coat a pie tin with fresh puff pastry. Put the mushrooms and sausage in the pie tin. Pour the egg mixture over it. Put the pie about 30 minutes in the oven. Enjoy!

Marinate 1 diced chicken breast in a marinade of 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce, 1 finely chopped garlic clove and 1 teaspoon sambal. Let the chicken breast marinate for 1 night. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pita breads in 5 minutes as indicated on the packaging. Bake in hot oil 1 chopped onion to soft. Add the marinated chicken breast and stir fry about a minute or 5. Finally, add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Fill the pita breads with chicken mixture. Serve the pita breads with a salad. Enjoy!

Boil the pasta in boiling water with a littel salt. Bake in hot oil 200 grams diced ham. Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms and stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Add 2 chopped spring onions and bake them for 1 minute. Stir 2 tablespoons flour in and fry briefly. Add gradually, while stirring, about 450 ml milk. Stir in 100 grams grated mature cheese, 1 cube stock, 1/2 tablespoon mustard and a dash of worchester sauce. Heat al well. Serve with pasta. Enjoy!

Add 250 grams sliced mushrooms, 125 cherry tomatoes cut in quarters and 2 sliced grilled peppers again. Stir fry until the mushrooms are tender. Pour 50 ml white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. If the alcohol has evaporated add 1 tin diced tomato and 1 crumbled cube stock. Bring to taste with salt and pepper and let it all gently simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti and sprinkle grated cheese overit. Enjoy!

Place the ovenproof dishes about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Good as a starter. Enjoy!
