Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a littlesalt. Bake 250 gram diced bacon with 1 finely chopped chilli pepper until the bacon is crisp. Add a dash of white wine. Let the alcohol evaporate. Then add 450 grams diced Roma tomatoes and 1 tin diced tomatoes. Let it all simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Bring to taste with salt. Serve with spaghetti and sprinkle grated cheese over it. Enjoy!
