Boil the rice according to the pack instructions. Bake in hot oil 1 diced chicken breast golden brown. Add 1 diced carrot, 1 sliced red pepper and 200 grams snow peas. Stir fry about 5 minutes, add 100 ml of stock and let the stock cook until almost evaporated. Add 125 grams bean sprouts, 3 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Stir for about 5 minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
