Nasi Goreng

Nasi Goreng
Ingredients: 100 grams diced bacon, 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, ginger powder, 1 teaspoon chilli jam, 200 grams cooked rice, 1 leek, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (or more to taste)

Number of persons: 3

Bake 100 grams diced bacon with 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, ginger powder and 1 teaspoon chilli jam until the bacon is crisp. Add the cooked rice and 1 sliced leek and stir fry another minute or 5. Lastly, add 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and warm well. Enjoy!
