Flatten 2 pork scallops. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped basil to taste. Then put pieces of mozzarella and small pieces of 1 grilled red pepper. Roll or fold the pork scallops. Enfold each pork scallop roll with 2 slices bacon. Tie with kitchen string the pork scallops to fixed. Place the pork scallops rolls in an ovenproof dish. Turn the ovenproof dish about 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve with baked potatoes and a salad. Enjoy!
