Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a little salt. Bake 1 chopped onion with 1 finely chopped garlic clove on medium heat until the onion is soft. Add 1 chopped red, 1 green and 1 yellow pepper. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes on medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon chopped capers and 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar. Let it simmer 10 minutes on low heat. Season with some salt. Serve with spaghetti. Enjoy!
